動作原理

極低温空気分離プラントの原理

ターボエキスパンダー冷却回路原理を使用した空気の液化。酸素と窒素の液化点の違いにより、高純度の窒素ガス（窒素純度99.99％）と酸素ガス（二次精留後の酸素純度99.6％）が得られます。液体ガスも生成される可能性があります。モレキュラーシーブ吸収、ガスエキスパンダーによる冷却、単塔精留の原理により、窒素ガスと液体窒素の両方を得ることができます。容量と圧力はユーザーの要件を満たすことができます。
